• Pond water is efficiently pumped into the filter, passing through the multi-port valve and being directed to the bottom laterals.
• As the water ascends through the K+Advanced Filter, debris, dirt, and waste are captured within the K+Media, which floats at the top of the filter. This large, protected surface area also provides a thriving environment for beneficial bacteria, ensuring both mechanical and biological filtration.
• The purified water is then directed back through the laterals and pipework at the top of the filter, through the multi-port valve, and returns to your pond via the return line.
• Cleaning the K+Advanced Filter is a simple task. Just move the handle on the multi-port valve to the appropriate positions to initiate a backwash and rinse, effectively flushing out the accumulated waste.
